These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all applications and services published by Pixel Crafts ("we", "us", "our"), including Verbloom, FluentPro, InterviewAce, PromptGenie, DayPilot, SipSquad, Stillnest, and Voxa. By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. By using our Apps, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pixelcrafts.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Free & Premium Plans
All Pixel Crafts apps offer a free plan with lifetime access to core features — no expiry, no forced upgrade. Premium plans unlock additional content, advanced features, and cloud sync. We reserve the right to modify what is included in each plan with reasonable notice.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You may cancel anytime from the App or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our Apps.
- Use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within our Apps — including text, graphics, icons, audio, and software — is the exclusive property of Pixel Crafts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of our Apps does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via in-app notice or email.
