Drippy Account and Data Deletion

Request account or data deletion

Email support@pixelcrafts.app with the subject Drippy — Account and Data Deletion. Use the email associated with your Drippy account where possible. Say whether you want to close the account and delete its data, or delete particular imported records while keeping the account.

We may ask you to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, complete payment-card numbers or your inbox contents. You do not need to have the app installed to contact support.

What the request covers

Identify the account and the scope: account profile, synchronised subscriptions, payment history, corrections and connected-source information. These records can be held across account services, app services and providers. Recording a deletion request is not confirmation that every copy has been erased. Ask support to confirm completion and explain any records retained for legal, security or billing reasons.

The 30-day recovery window

When an account is closed, it enters a 30-day recovery window. During this window the account cannot be used for normal app features, and you can contact support to restore it. After 30 days the account can no longer be restored.

Remaining records are not erased automatically when the window ends. Support completes the deletion you requested and confirms which records were erased and which are kept for legal, security or billing reasons.

Stop future source access

Disconnect sources in the app and revoke permissions in your email provider's account settings when you no longer want access. On Android, you can also revoke Drippy's SMS permission in system settings. Revoking access does not remove records already imported.

Local data and sign-out

Signing out can retain history on the device. It is not an account-deletion operation. To remove device data, use the app-data controls provided by your operating system or uninstall the app. This does not delete synchronised data from our services; request that separately through support.

Subscriptions are separate

Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play or Apple App Store subscription. Cancel billing in the store account used for purchase. Subscriptions to other merchants shown in your Drippy ledger must be managed with those merchants or their payment providers.
