Terms of Service — Verbloom

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Verbloom mobile application ("the App") operated by Craft Development ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Verbloom is an executive English learning application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Share your account credentials with others

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing

Verbloom offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly — $12.99/month
  • Annual — $89.99/year
  • Lifetime — $199.99 one-time purchase

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
    • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
    • Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Free Features

  • Basic app functionality is available without a subscription
  • Premium features require an active subscription or lifetime purchase

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the App — including phrases, exercises, lesson materials, graphics, and design — is owned by Craft Development and protected by copyright law
  • Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any content
  • You retain ownership of your personal learning data (progress, bookmarks, review history)

5. Content and Learning Materials

  • Learning content is provided for educational purposes and general reference
  • We do not guarantee that the App will achieve specific learning outcomes
  • Content may be updated, modified, or removed at our discretion

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Availability and Updates

  • We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • We may release updates that modify features, fix issues, or change functionality
  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craft Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
